| | The RILA community is composed of companies across all segments of retailing, including retailers, product manufacturers and service suppliers. RILA is the only association whose membership is composed of all three sectors of the retail industry. This allows the association to gain insight from across the industry to provide world-class education, advocacy and innovation. RILA is singularly focused on creating the forums retailers and suppliers need to learn and prosper.
Members have the opportunity to sit at the table with the who’s who in retail. Through Leaders Councils, senior leaders within respective fields - like supply chain, finance, technology, asset protection, marketing, communications and people - share notes, obtain instant feedback and work on the top issues affecting the industry.
The need to innovate is bringing retailers and suppliers together, to learn from one another, to share best practices and to develop industry advancements that would not be realized by individuals and companies acting alone. By bringing industry leaders together, RILA is facilitating this sharing of information that benefits not only the industry, but the individuals and the companies that participate. RILA partners with its associate members and holds monthly Retailer Insight Conference calls to share thoughts about what retailers talk about.
